If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@TeeEver.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
TeeEver works hard to ensure that all our products are printed to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately.
Customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement, refund or return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any cases.

- When can I request a replacement item or return and get a total refund?
We will resend replacement items or accept returns and issue a total refund (not include shipping fee) if customers are disappointed with their order for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is flawed;
- The quality of the printing is poor;
- Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website;
- The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
- Can I return items although there is no issue with them? And can I get a full refund or are there any charges on this?
If customer would like to return the item for none of the above reasons, depending on type of product, you can get a refund about 40 - 70 % price of item (the remaining amount is kept as restocking fee) and we only accept return of items without any issues if they meet all of following conditions:
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
- How do I return items?
After contacting TeeEver support at support@TeeEver.com and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions:
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email
- Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.
- Please provide us the tracking numberfrom post office or couriers
- You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Can I Exchange for switching size/color of the product?
We now, unfortunately, do not offer an exchange for switching the size/color. Because we are print-on-demand company and each size/color has identical price.
